This policy explains what information SillyArcade ("we", "us") collects when you use sillyarcade.com, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never ask for your name, email, or any account.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It tells us things like which pages are popular and how fast they load.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
• Local game saves, favourites and recently played. Games store progress and high scores in your browser's local storage, and the site remembers which games you saved or played there too. All of it stays on your device and is never sent to us — there are no accounts on this site.

Third-party games

Some games on this site are embedded from licensed game distribution partners. When you press Play on one of those games, it loads from the partner's servers, and the partner may use cookies or similar technology inside the game frame (for example, to show ads within the game). Those partners' own privacy policies apply to data they collect.

Advertising

SillyArcade uses Google AdSense to show ads, which is what keeps every game on this site free to play.

• Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This is how advertising pays for the site.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, may also use their own cookies. For more on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google's policy page.
• Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and can change that choice at any time.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising that asks you for personal information.

Children

Our games are family-friendly, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
